All Iowans deserve affordable and accessible healthcare options, we invest in care for Iowans.
We need to invest in our local economies. Too many Iowans are struggling to make ends meet. We need to lower costs and raise wages for our hardworking neighbors.
It is our job to protect our natural resources for future generations. We need to address the South Central Iowa water crises and ensure a bright future for our kids.
